Tim Burne, CEO
Tim is VegaStream's CEO. Since he joined VegaStream in 2000,
Tim successfully led the company's management buy-out from
Pace Micro Technology plc and has focused on delivering robust
products and developed solutions to the market. He was
made CEO in 2002.
Prior to VegaStream Tim built and ran
a business unit designing and prototyping infrastructure
equipment for the telecom industry for APW Electronics,
and retained global responsibility for NPI within the
company. Earlier on in his career Tim held various positions
in design, manufacturing and general management with
world-class electronics and engineering companies. He has
an Honours degree in Engineering from Brunel University.
Steve
Davis, Executive Vice President - Global Sales and
Marketing
Steve holds responsibility for Sales and Marketing across
VegaStream's Global operations.
At Mitel he was
responsible for the strategic direction and
implementation of the
company's VoIP strategy across North
America, EMEA and Asia.
Steve was at Mitel for 12 years holding
a number of senior sales and marketing positions. His early career
included sales, marketing and channel management roles in both the
telecommunications and IT industries with companies such as Dial-A-Phone,
STC and Toshiba.
Rick Todd, Senior VP Sales, The Americas
Rick Todd has over 25 years experience in the telecommunications
arena. Rick, who has been CEO of EasyLink Networks, was previously EasyLink’s
Vice President of Business Development. His background includes over
20 years at Mitel Corp where he held many management positions including;
Product Manager in the Mitel Semiconductor and Telecom Board Level Divisions,
Canadian Regional Manager for Mitel Datacom.
Further, Rick has held
the positions of Director of Corporate Technical Training and Telecom
Board Level Sales, AVP of Sales & Marketing for the Americas for
Mitel Enterprises as well as AVP of Strategic Marketing, Sales Operations
and Product Management for Mitel Enterprises for the Americas and
Pacific Rim regions. Rick holds BS and MBA degrees as well as an
Electronic Engineering diploma.
