VegaStream will be demonstrating its new management centre for the award winning VegaStream VoIP gateways at Convergence Summit North in Manchester on the 16th & 17th March 2010.
Bracknell, Berks, 12th March 2010: Vega Central, the new management centre from VegaStream which has been specifically developed to help Service Providers and Channel Partners install and maintain VoIP gateways will be on show for the first time at Convergence Summit North. It has been designed to reduce the cost of installations and allow Channels to offer an improved level of customer service to their customers.
‘VegaStream has been at the cutting edge of the VoIP Revolution for the past eleven years’ says Steve Davis, VP of Sales & Marketing at VegaStream. ‘We have a unique understanding of the complexities in deploying these services and we have designed Vega Central to help our partners overcome these. We can help them install their VoIP gateways more cost effectively and give them a better understanding of what is happening at their customers' sites. For example we can notify service departments if there have been any broadband outages or power failures at their customers' premises. This will allow them to be more pro-active with their customers and give them a better level of customer service.’
Vega Central will be on the VegaStream stand #44 at the Convergence Summit North.
