BandTel DIDs give callers around the world the ability to dial a local telephone number and connect to any BandTel customer’s telephone system via the BandTel VoIP network. BandTel has the ability to provide DID numbers from the U.S. to facilities around the world. For example, an enterprise in Bangalore, Hong Kong, London, or Sao Paolo can have a New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or other U.S. telephone number ring the offices in those cities!

Toll-Free Domestic and International Services – BandTel’s Toll-Free allows callers located anywhere in the U.S. to dial a standard toll free telephone number (800/877/866) and connect to the telephone system of any BandTel customer via the BandTel VoIP network. International Toll-Free Service (ITFS) from BandTel allows callers from anywhere in the world to dial the toll-free number and reach BandTel customer locations.

Interoperability
BandTel delivers proven interoperability with major IP PBX and CPE providers, and our N-Plus™ architecture equals outstanding quality! BandTel uses the SIP standard to complete voice calls as a framework for communication. To ensure that BandTel services will work “out of the box,” we conduct extensive interoperability tests and certify various equipment providers, including VegaStream, as BandTel-Approved.

Our N-Plus™ architecture is designed to eliminate single points of failure and to ensure that calls on the BandTel network achieve a high level industry standard MOS (Mean Opinion Score) for call quality.
