Pat Chapman-Pincher joins VegaStream's Board of Directors to help lead business strategy

London, UK 2nd November 2004: VegaStream, the leading supplier of dedicated business VoIP (Voice over IP) Gateways, today announced the appointment of Pat Chapman-Pincher, founding partner of Cavell Group, as Non-Executive Chairman. Chapman-Pincher brings over 30 years of IT, telecoms and internet sector experience with her, including a wide variety of board-level experience in both large and small companies.

Cavell Group specialises in operational consultancy and implementation of IP and wireless technologies . Pat Chapman-Pincher also holds a number of non-executive roles and acts as an investor/advisor to smaller start up companies. In the early years of her career Pat held various senior business development roles with IBM UK, Logica and BT. Her former senior management roles include Director of Commercial Operations at MFS International, President of UUNET International where she was responsible for operations in Europe, Asia and Latin America, and Senior Vice President at WorldCom.
