IVR USA to provide installation, support and carrier services to VegaStream and FrontRange IP Contact Center customers
London, UK, and San Diego - November 7, 2005: Dedicated VoIP gateway manufacturer VegaStream today announced that it has selected IVR USA to be its premier integration partner for the FrontRange IP Contact Center (IPCC) solution. FrontRange IPCC can be adapted on an integrated architecture using VegaStream's range of digital and analog gateways which were developed to enable enterprises and service providers to make the move to VoIP at their own pace. VegaStream is working with FrontRange Solutions, a global leader in CRM, service management and voice application solutions for the growing small, medium (SMEs) and distributed enterprise markets, to provide VegaStream's award-winning digital and analog VoIP gateways for the IPCC solution. As VegaStream's premier integration partner, IVR USA will provide installation, support and services, including high-level design, consulting and implementation. IVR USA's engineering team has the highest certifications available within the SIP community, achieving the status of Master Integrators with their partners. IVR USA provides each account with the latest edge in SIP telephony integrations and custom development. "IVR USA has been deploying SIP solutions and testing SIP devices for over five years and they have the experience and knowledge to understand what works and what doesn't," said Robert Brakeman, VP Operations & General Manager for VegaStream, North America. "We chose IVR USA because they share our mission in making the transition to VoIP as simple and as cost-effective as possible." "SIP has introduced a whole new dimension to the way companies are approaching their phone system. The phone is now an immensely valuable tool, which touches every aspect of a business-it's not just providing cost saving features, but also delivering a competitive edge," said John Orton, CEO of IVR USA. "We are very demanding on vendors delivering excellent products. VegaStream and FrontRange have really stepped up to meet the market." As IP Telephony continues to transition to include critical functionality and interoperability with business processes and applications, FrontRange Solutions deems it essential that its resellers - who have a long history and demonstrated competence in designing workflow and business processes, but have been more recently introduced to VoIP applications and those technologies' specific requirements - are fully supported with the integration capabilities of a distributor like IVR USA, who can provide such solutions for critical VoIP elements such as VegaStream's gateways. "There is currently a gap in the subject matter expertise of the traditional business applications reseller and the traditional network/voice reseller," said Mike Heberling, Business Development Manager for FrontRange Solutions. "The support of IVR USA and VegaStream, and their commitment to SIP technology and the FrontRange Solutions resellers will enhance the capabilities, service and support component of our popular software offerings by extending these applications and workflow components to leverage the new VoIP technologies, and meet the unique demands of the mid-market and distributed enterprises." VegaStream's wide range of dedicated VoIP gateways are cost-effective, standards-based platforms that enable enterprises to have access to essential VoIP services, and let carriers deliver services to any customer without requiring changes to their existing infrastructure. From the Vega 400 digital gateway-a carrier-grade platform that connects digital telephony equipment to the public network-to the latest Vega 5024 and Vega 5048 analog gateways, all of VegaStream's products help streamline the introduction of essential VoIP services.
