"VegaStream is excited to work with CommX on their deployment of VoIP services," said Donald Krause, Director of Service Provider Sales, North America, for VegaStream. "As a premier provider of VoIP services, CommX is fully aware of the challenges faced by business partners making the leap to VoIP with their customers, and we are proud that they chose to make that leap with VegaStream."

"We chose to work with VegaStream because of their feature-rich, cost-effective solutions that are easy to use and easy to deploy," said Mike Viren, CEO for CommX. "Our business partners rely on us to provide CommX network certified solutions that are ready for installation into their customers existing telephone systems. CommX will deploy the entire VegaStream product line, including the Vega 400 digital gateway and the Vega 50 family of analog gateways. While many products will be part of customer premise solutions, the Vega 400 will play a key role in expanding the distribution of CommX VoIP network services across the country.

VegaStream's wide range of award winning VoIP gateways are cost-effective and reliable standards-based platforms that enable enterprises to have access to mission critical VoIP services, and let carriers easily deploy services to any customer without requiring changes to their existing infrastructure. From the Vega 400 digital gateway-a carrier-grade platform that connects digital telephony equipment to the public network-to the latest Vega 50 family of analog gateways, all of VegaStream's products help streamline the introduction of essential VoIP services.
